We're building our client base and portfolio. These are introductory rates to help businesses get started without breaking the bank. As we grow and add case studies, pricing will increase—but early clients lock in these rates for future projects.
The base price includes:
We typically split payment into milestones: 50% to start, 25% at midpoint, and 25% at completion. For smaller projects under $1,500, we may do 50/50 (start and completion). We're flexible and can discuss what works best for your budget.
Minor adjustments are included. Major scope changes are discussed and may adjust the timeline and budget—but we'll always communicate this clearly before proceeding. No surprise charges.
Yes! After launch, you can hire us for ongoing support on a retainer basis or pay our hourly consulting rate ($85/hour) for updates, fixes, or new features as needed.
Absolutely. If you need multiple services (website + dashboard, or web app + hosting setup), we can bundle them at a discounted rate. Let's discuss your full needs during the discovery call.
We send email invoices via Square that has a link to a secure page for adding payment info. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. ACH bank transfer is available to minimize processing fees. We do not accept checks or money orders.
When you sign a contract, if we cannot design something you are 100% happy with and no longer want to move forward, then we will refund whatever you paid to get started. If we do end up moving forward with building the site, there are no refunds after that point. From then on, refunds are at our discretion. We focus on making changes and adjustments until you're satisfied.
We generally finish a website from start to finish within 2-4 weeks and is all dependent on how soon clients respond to our content and image requests as well as the availability of our designers and developers. Sometimes it can be 2 weeks, sometimes 3-4 weeks.

That's what separates us from the others—we put the time and effort to do things differently and it shows in our work and our clients online presence after launch.
